Our Funding Model: Need-Based Assistance
JContinuity provides need-based financial assistance to help single Jewish women preserve their fertility. Our goal is simple: to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent a woman from accessing fertility preservation when timing matters most.
Age and Financial Need Eligibility
Funding is directed to women between the ages of 28 and 40, prioritizing applicants for whom timing is most pressing, and based on demonstrated financial need, ensuring resources are used where they can have the greatest impact.
Sliding-Scale Support
Based on demonstrated need, we provide tailored financial assistance. The amount awarded reflects each applicant’s individual circumstances, with the greatest support directed to those facing the highest barriers.
Partnership with Clinics
We work with fertility clinics to negotiate discounted rates, maximizing the impact of every dollar contributed. All funds are administered directly with licensed fertility clinics to ensure integrity. Grants are never paid to individuals.
How Awards Are Decided
Awards are based on a combination of demonstrated financial need and age, prioritizing applicants between 28 and 40 for whom timing is most pressing. All grants are need-based, awarded at JContinuity’s discretion, and paid directly to licensed fertility clinics.
Grants are awarded up to a lifetime maximum per individual. The amount provided per cycle is determined at JContinuity’s discretion based on need and circumstances, and may vary. Total assistance across all cycles will not exceed the lifetime maximum for an applicant’s tier.
Important: Grant amounts are determined at the sole discretion of JContinuity based on demonstrated financial need, age, available funds, and the totality of each applicant’s circumstances. The amounts shown represent maximum potential awards and per-cycle guidelines, not guaranteed amounts. JContinuity reserves the right to adjust, defer, or decline any application, and to modify eligibility criteria and award levels at any time. Meeting the stated criteria does not guarantee an award. All assistance is subject to available funds.
Funding Tiers
Assessed on individual income. Per-cycle figures are guidelines; the lifetime maximum is the firm cap.

Per-cycle amounts may be increased at JContinuity’s discretion in individual cases, but total lifetime assistance will not exceed the tier maximum
