JContinuity provides need-based financial assistance, education, and guided support to single Jewish women preserving their fertility.
Applications are reviewed monthly, and grant funding decisions will begin in September 2026, as we complete our initial fundraising. We are accepting applications now so you don't have to wait to get started.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
Who it's for
Single Jewish women seeking to preserve their fertility through egg freezing.
What it covers
Partial grants toward egg freezing and related care, administered directly with licensed fertility clinics.
How it's assessed
Need-based review considering age, financial need, and medical appropriateness, with standardized criteria.
Eligibility & Documentation
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
Jewish identification. Jewish lineage through the mother for at least three generations, or Orthodox (halachic) conversion.
Age. Between 28 and 40, prioritizing applicants for whom timing is most pressing.
Financial need. Individual income within the funding tiers, with demonstrated need for assistance.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
Jewish identification. Grandmother's ketubah, conversion documents, a rabbinic letter, synagogue affiliation, or other documentation.
Where documentation is unavailable, Jewish identification will be assessed at JContinuity's discretion.
Identity & age. Driver's license or passport.
Financial. Most recent tax return & paystubs.

Submit a short, confidential application telling us a little about your situation. There's no obligation, and nothing is shared outside our review team.

Review
Our team reviews your application using standardized criteria: age, demonstrated financial need, and medical appropriateness in coordination with licensed fertility clinics.

Grant
If eligible, you'll receive a tailored, need-based grant. We'll walk you through what it covers and the next steps, at your pace.

Funds to Clinic
Funds are sent directly to a licensed fertility clinic on your behalf, ensuring oversight, integrity, and that support goes exactly where it's meant to.
