FERTILITY PRESERVATION
JContinuity helps single Jewish women preserve their fertility and build their families with confidence. Below is an overview of our support and the realities we're responding to.
What is Egg Freezing?
Exploring fertility preservation brings up real questions, and you deserve clear answers. Our FAQ covers how the process works, who qualifies, and what support is available along the way.
PEACE OF MIND
More Than a Medical Decision
Egg freezing is often described in clinical terms, but for many women its greatest value is peace of mind. Preserving your fertility during your peak reproductive years protects the strongest options you have. Eggs frozen earlier carry a higher likelihood of success later, so acting sooner gives you the best chance of building a family when you are ready. It is not a guarantee, and it is not about giving up on finding a partner. It is a proactive step that protects your options while you continue to seek the future you want, easing anxiety and restoring a sense of agency over your own timeline
Why Education & Awareness Matters
Informed decision-making about family planning.
Earlier awareness of conditions that affect fertility, such as PCOS or endometriosis.
Recognizing factors that impact fertility, so proactive steps can be taken.
Reducing stigma, so women feel comfortable seeking help and support.

THE REAL BARRIER
The Barrier No One Talks About
For single women, the hardest part of fertility preservation is often financial. Most insurance plans do not cover egg freezing unless it is for a specific medical reason, and while organizations exist to help couples facing infertility, support for single women remains limited. Financing options exist, but the gap is real, and it is the gap JContinuity exists to close.

Halachic Guidance
We encourage every woman to consult her own Rabbi for personal guidance on egg freezing. For those who wish, a shomer can oversee the retrieval process through external organizations, typically at no additional cost.
